Adventure Game Project (2017)
This is a short personal game project. Currently (September 2017) three of the seven intended rooms (environment art) have been illustrated.
Video is best viewed on a largish display in a dark environment. Contains in-game audio.

Creation Process
Previz design/storyboarding done in Mischief • Environments pencilled as vector graphics in Affinity Designer and Clip Studio Paint • Colored in Photoshop •
Frame-by-frame character animation done in Clip Studio Paint (Manga Studio) • full-screen cinematics in Adobe Aftereffects • The game is being built using Visionaire Studio 4 (a specialized tool for creating adventure games) • scripting done in LUA • shaders done in GLSL.
Scope of this Project
This is a one man project touching upon the topics of Game Design, Story, Puzzle Design, Environment and Character art creation, Animation, Sound Design and coding. Using CC music by various artists.
A Diary (2016)
An experimentation on minimalist pixel art. Two short prototypes (single room prototypes) were put together in the process.

Character and Environment art for PVP game (2015)
Characters and background art for a player-VS-player strategic game in 2014. Gameplay elements and engine were already partly developed when I was invited into the project to develop the visual aspect. For an earlier visual style exploration, click here.
Project currently on hiatus.

Creation Process
This is final visual style • Character art made directly in Photoshop and Clipstudio Paint (Manga Studio).
Cutouts made for all characters for use in 2D rigging. Cutouts include separated hands (L/R), lower arms (L/R), upper Arms (L/R), upper body, belly (center), neck, Lower legs (L/R), upper legs (L/R), feet (L/R), head and 3 layers of hair.
Character design for PVP game (2014)
Early designs of simplistic minions and rare characters for a player-vs-player game circa 2014. Designs based around the concept of a block/cube. This early visual style was abandoned for a more refined style along with gameplay changes that would put emphasis on hero characters as opposed to minions (see here). Made in Photoshop, based on an (apparent) “cubed” aesthetic.

A Bunny’s Adventure (2007)
A Personal adventure game project (completed) made in AGS (Adventure Game Studio) using famous Van Gogh paintings, photobashing and stop motion animation of household objects.

Carousel (2003)
A coding experiment written in C and OpenGL 1.2 . Graphical asset design and code written by me.
A Videogame Tutorial (2000)
Graphical assets for one location of a POC game (first-person exploration game in the vains of MYST) were created to accompany a 3D graphics and programming tutorial.
